Use of the site

Account responsibility
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. 55 Game is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of 55 Game or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), and relevant trademark legislation. Unauthorised use of any material on the Site may give rise to both civil and criminal liability.
Limited licence
55 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site content solely for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written permission of 55 Game.
User-submitted content
If you submit any content to the Site, including comments, feedback, or suggestions, you grant 55 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for any lawful purpose. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, services, and materials available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55 Game disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Exclusion of damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 55 Game, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; damages resulting from service interruption or unauthorised access to your data; or damages arising from third-party content or linked sites accessed through the Site. This exclusion applies regardless of whether 55 Game was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the total cumulative liability of 55 Game to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 500 (five hundred Indian rupees) or the amount you paid to access the Site in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Governing law
Applicable law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. By using the Site, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
